Lumada Manufacturing Insights :

• Leading the architecture, development, launch, and delivery of Lumada Manufacturing Insights solution, an accelerator framework for IIoT integration, analytics, and visualization in the discreet and process manufacturing markets.
• Manufacturing Insights (MFI) is part of Lumada platform focuses on bringing insights of manufacturing by leveraging IIoT & AI with the Hitachi's OT experience.
• Leveraging 4M (Man, Machine, Method & Material) to implement connected factory and bring insights that can help in Predictive maintenance, Anomaly detection, RUL, APC, Safety, etc.
• As a head of MFI engineering, apart from managing the big team, responsibility is to adapt the right technologies to build a stable, flexible, performant & scalable product with the emerging technologies to achieve the end goal.

iKaito - Conversational AI product

• iKaito cuts across the domain to take conversational AI to enterprise-level to improve efficiency, the productivity of the employees, improves process efficiency by intelligent automation & enable customer experience and enable business up-sell/Cross-sell.
• ExtractAI - Cloud based generic OCR Solution
• ExtractAI is a powerful AI Engine that allows for highly-customizable entity extraction from documents. It uses the latest technology for entity extraction.

AI/Data Science Delivery head :

• Sentiment analysis & Operation efficiency using AI technology.

As a founding member of Zenlabs, built Zenlabs as a brand from scratch. As a R&D centre to its our responsibility to bring innovation flavour to Zensar on the emerging technologies like AI, IoT & Augmented reality.

• Built PoC/Prototypes with mix of technologies like AI/ML, IoT & Augmented reality to different domains like BFSI, Retail & MFG.
• Built Smart Window product for retail to bring personalized experience for Retail brick&motors.
• Built an IoT based solution prototype for an USA based airline company to bring in innovation with the help of AI based recommendation, Biometrics & Augmented reality technologies.
• Implemented the Hand gesture & motion recognition project using tensorflow to enable more innovation futuristic user interaction.

Automation Factory is an idea proposed to the organization which has been selected and presented to the CEO for further implementation. It is an RPA based solution is implemented using the ML algorithm.

• Automation Factory is a Service/Platform for End-to-End intelligent automation based on machine learning algorithms. The solution is based on an executable workflow.It is developed using Lucene, Weka, topic modeling, Term frequencies, Cosine similarity & labeled and unlabeled data.
