a. For Jaguar Land rover: Operation Manager (May’24- Jul’25)

i. Taking care of project fulfillment requirements in coordination with technical teams, HR, and the talent acquisition team in order to fulfill the new and open requirements of the project.

b. For Stellantis- Citroen brand): Desing responsible engineer (May’17 – Ar’24)

i. Responsible for FEAD & LUBE subsystem part localization.

1. Responsible for parts localization for FEAD, timing and lubrication systems

2. Supplier evaluation, proto parts readiness and proto validation

3. Production parts readiness, validation of production parts & Supplier selection

4. Final validation of parts and report preparation

5. Results review with System / Chief engineer and Production release

ii. Responsible for new Oil pump development along with suppliers

1. Worked on replacement ICE Oil pump from Vane type to G-rotor type oil pump (for gasoline)

2. Proto pump design and proto validation

3. Production parts readiness for various builds, validation of production components

4. Results review with System engineer and P-Release of Pump

iii. This work involved with a good knowledge on Requirement Analysis & Design Conceptualization, Detailed Design Engineering (DFMEA, V&V), Technical Documentation & Compliance, Validation Planning & Assembly Instructions, Project Metrics, Testing & Oversight, Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Communication & Supplier location visits for the process compliance.

c. For MAZDA: Senior engineer -Tolerance stack, using 3DCS (May’16-Apr’17)

d. For Jaguar Land rover: Senior engineer -Tolerance stack, using 3DCS (Oct’14 – Apr’16)

a. Worked as Tolerance specialist Engineer for WEBASTO (German based client) Sun roof systems and executing all required 2D and 3DCS tolerance stack-up work which comes from the Clint for differnet Automobile sunroofs (Hatch, slide under& Panoramic using 3DCS, which involves with Kinematic and standard 3DCS packages.

a. Worked in General Motors Technical Center India as Design Engineer (Powertrain Engineering. for General Motors, North America) for about 6.5 years

b. Worked as Deputed Engineer at General Motors Technical Center India Bangalore, through Mafoi Consultancy Services, from Sep-2004-July-2005 (10 Months)

c. Worked as a Powertrain Production Specification Analyst for High Featured V6 High Value V6 Engines application. Worked on Change Management Process (Sep 2004 to Mar 2007)
