Was handling Baby GAP (UK) recently and earlier were working with Baby Gap (boys & girls) Old Navy kids (Boys & Girls), American Rag, Inc International concepts and Anchor blue with the project work of $6.5m (recent target) the products including both Woven and knits. The main responsibility starts from development to order completion. Primary responsibilities include execution and follow up from concept (tech pack receipt to costing, sampling), procuring orders to garment delivery, preparing and presenting the budgets for the said accounts, ensure the budgets are met, and building and enhancing customer relationships, managing and grooming the subordinates and procuring orders. Conducting order tracking meeting to ensure the time and action calendars are met with no issues and to perform the score card. Planning a meeting with fabric suppliers to clear the outstanding issues to ensure the fabric can be getting out on time to begin the production. Also arranging a meeting with the Embroidery and Printing suppliers to discuss the critical issues prior to bulk process begins.
The manufacturing plants are in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri-lanka and India (sub con). Each Plant has capacity of producing 40,000doz per month, but whereas Sri-lanka and Vietnam has a facility of Producing both knits and Woven.
