Supplier & Stakeholder Management:• Drive supplier performance optimization against established SRM metrics and collaborative value creation initiatives • Lead vendor onboarding through registration and qualification processes aligned with SCM Policy requirements • Foster strategic cross-functional partnerships across Business, Operations, Enablers, and Logistics functions • Partner with business and sales teams to optimize demand planning and stakeholder engagement

Operational Excellence:• Ensure organizational compliance with established SCM policies, procedures, and performance benchmarks • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement operations and reduce cycle times • Develop standardized procurement catalogs to enable direct purchasing and improve process efficiency • Champion procurement technology adoption including Ariba and SAP S/4 HANA implementation • Maintain comprehensive regulatory and internal compliance oversight across all procurement activities

• Manage tender processes for goods, services, and works contracts across the South Asia region, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value for money.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop well-structured business cases for critical projects, supporting informed decision-making and strategic outcomes.
• Analyze procurement costs and recommend methods to reduce expenditure while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals; optimize sourcing procedures to achieve maximum efficiency. Conduct cost and scenario analyses and benchmarking in partnership with stakeholders to align on terms and processes.
• Lead the development and implementation of key procurement strategies and contingency plans, ensuring consistency with organizational objectives.
• Ensure that all procurement (RFx) and contracting activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies and governance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand category requirements and technical specifications from departments and subject matter experts.

• Develop, lead, and execute commodity sourcing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives for facility and project management services. Responsible for category plan to provide visibility to subcategory spends, supplier summaries, stakeholder engagement plans, contract summaries and market insights that lead to both short and long-term strategies.
• Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals. Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency. Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes and perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Directing the Development and implementation of key procurement Strategies / contingency plans and ensuring that strategies and plans are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Leading all sourcing-related functions like performing due diligence and assessment of prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective transition to operations during implementation.
• Effective supplier relationships, diversity program, performance review meetings, manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations. Implementing contracting and procurement standards, policies and procedures are maintained and followed throughout the project.

• Implement programs to ensure their business requirements are driven using effective sourcing strategies while working with stake holders, internal departments and U.S. suppliers.
• Identify sourcing opportunities through use of reporting tools and leveraging internal customer relationships.
• Maintain vendor relationships and stay abreast of market trends, including identifying opportunities, issues, market conditions and economic indicators for assigned commodities or vendors.

• Perform spend / supply market analysis, execute RFx/e-Auction, supplier response evaluation, implementing cost savings methodology, building, and monitoring live e-Auctions (Online negotiations), after the fact projects review, contract negotiation and finalization. Vendor consolidation, performance management, and regular operation review with the top leadership team. Focusing to transform, execute and manage IT/Marketing/WPR/Professional services category projects with proven delivery of cost savings reduction program. Responsible for creation of SOW and RFx for the Managed Service Projects. Preparing Weekly and Monthly Dashboard for Client Leadership.
• Maintenance of MSA, SOW and RFx and initiate the request for Renewal as and when required.
• Work with the Legal Team and Stakeholders in expediting the New/Renewed Contracts.

• Manages commercial and supplier aspects of product development and sourcing projects.
• Effective supplier analysis, evaluates potential suppliers, and manages the overall supplier qualification process, develops and create sourcing plans, requests for proposal, and other sourcing documents, evaluates and recommends purchasing and sourcing decision to management. Manages new product launching, consulting and the product approval processes.
• Handling all OEM (Spare parts) purchases, Annual maintenance contracts and Annual rate contracts (ARC) for consumables. Influence suppliers’ manufacturing processes, technology decisions and policies in ways that are mutually beneficial and sustainable for both organizations by leveraging the volume discount.

• Key User for SAP P20 and process issues for entire team.
• Contributing to all tasks related to all interface partners in daily business from client handover to collect cash support, e.g., Consultant solving an escalation management. Manage Order: Receive & validate customer purchase order, enter and schedule Sales Order, confirm customer purchase order. Procurement/Sourcing: Manage Capture Demand, purchase requisition, receive payable, verify invoice. Manage Inventory: Count Inventory, handle excess material, and characterize stock. Distribute: Ship, plan transportation, verify freight cost and invoice, manage transport.

• Ensuring proper and safe transport of goods, selecting mode of transport.
• Responsible for all commercial transactions at the warehouse, related documentation and system updating.
• Because of my planning skills, all material was delivered on time to the sites. To ensure the right SKUs in right quantity move from warehouse to sites.
• Increased in customer satisfaction level. Proactive approach with transporters and vendors for material. Timely MIS to the Regional Office / HO in the predetermined formats. Maintaining records of material movements. Because of my customer management, this enhances cordial relations and understanding of the operational gaps, if any, in the service deliverables.
