Graduated in Aeronautical Engineering with over last 26 years of aviation experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning, Technical Records & Production Planning. Experienced in Base & Line maintenance planning which could be short fall. Knowledge of FAA and EASA Part 145 regulations. Possess strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
· Supporting leasing companies and Airlines projects – Redelivery / End of Lease (EOL), Repossession, Pre-purchase, Sale, Mid-term / Annual Audits and Major Check Monitoring and CAMO Support.
· Accomplish / oversee the full technical records audit for de-lease aircraft. Ensure that return off lease conditions were met.
· Coordinate with Airliners / MRO Technical Services (preliminary review and physical inspection, paint pack etc.)
· Audits the Technical Records, like Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, STC / MODs, MPD Tasks, Components (TCI & OCCM), Engine & Landing Gears LLPs, Structure Repairs & Logs, LOPA compliance.
· Tracks and performs eyes on review of Life Limited Parts (LLPs) with Back to Birth traceability.
· Coordinate the lease return with Lessee / Airliners – initial meeting till final closure on behalf of Lessor.
· Well hands-on with commercial aircrafts on Boeing 737-NG, Airbus 320FAM, A330-200, A340-200 & ATR72.
Duties Performed :
Reporting to the Manager – Production Planning and Control, responsible for the planning and coordination to ensure the Hangar maintenance & Check Plans are executed and accomplished as planned.
Review all planned Base inputs for required preparation and make prior arrangements with all
concerned sections (Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Fleet Planning, Shops and Scheduling) to ensure smooth accomplishment of the maintenance. In addition, review Hangar Input Forecast to ensure availed slots match the defined work scopes and where necessary, coordinate with Scheduling for amendments.
Ensure effective and efficient project plans are developed for major Base Maintenance inputs and are adjusted as required during layovers.
Follow up of items agreed during pre and post major check meeting to ensure timely compliance.
Ensure all packages (aircraft, engines, APU) are prepared & reviewed for accomplishment and conduct required pre-input meetings. Accomplish Weekly review of all pending tasks on spare engines and APUs and coordinate with other sections for timely accomplishment.
Maintain control of all packages in the custody of Planning section and keep track of packages delivered to other points of maintenance such as the engine facility and Base transfers.
Resolve technical and implementation issues relating to task accomplishment on the Hangar floor.
Ensure proper completion of check packages and timely submission of completed packages to technical records.
Ensure review of Technical Log deferred defects assigned to Planning and development of an effective accomplishment plan based on inputs from Defect Control, Maintenance, Supply chain and aircraft scheduling.
Be the focal point for checks and major modification layovers, conduct daily Check/modifications progress meetings, highlight down time risks and circulate daily status reports.
Assume other duties and responsibilities as the Manager of Planning assigns.
Communicate with MCC / Line Maintenance / ADATCOM / OCC / Fleet & Material Planning.

Updating systematically components removal and Installation on day-to-day in TRAX.
Monitoring and updates all life limited components (LLP’s) for aircraft Engines & APU.
Ensuring daily follow-up with Dispatch-Stores and Materials Dept on AOG issues
Preparing Component removal forecast and forward to Production planning & Control with revel ant component change cards.
Ensuring accurate recording of removed and installed aircraft APU, Engine & Aircraft Components.
Ensuring updated TN’s and procedures of Technical Records.

o Aircraft Technical Log Slips (Both Maintenance & Cabin) on a daily basis
o Non-Routine Task Cards (NRC’s), Free routine task cards.
o Auditing aircraft Maintenance and cabin log books (for RON aircrafts)
