• Responsible for managing agile pod of 12 developers to deliver Daily leverage Ratio reporting requirements across multiple regulators.
• Host PI Planning event for Quarterly and monthly releases. Responsible for prioritizing technical stories to ensure no impact to BAU processing.
• Ensured all control compliance are met and followed e.g. DUSE, DMOV and IDAM controls are embed with all new changes.
• Reviewed project plans and timelines with team members on a regular basis.
• Regularly communicated progress updates with stakeholders and clients. Risk and challenges are documented and raised well in advance if any.
• Performing IT Service owner duties to ensure application infrastructure is upto date and all control compliance are met. E.g. Access management, Patching etc.

• Worked in a DevOps roles and responsible for development, testing, support and maintenance of entire application.
• Responsible for running End to End Batches to generate the output for multiple regulators to support SIT and UAT Testing.
• Responsible for performing Stress Testing for PRA and ECB regulator.
• Worked on context Import Export & Test Automation utility to trigger automated batches via Jenkins pipelines as per user inputs.
• Collaborated with Business users and Change management team to define and understand business requirements and accordingly created implementation plan.
