Vehicle:

• We are currently following the DVP (Design Verification Plan) Activity for the New product development. We are also conducting Vehicle Performance test validation on the track and Brake performance validation for the proto build stage.
• In addition, we are performing special test validation for the new product development, including mud splash tests and mirror visibility measurements.
• Applied advanced skill in troubleshooting to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices.
• Planned, designed and performed manual and functional project testing and reported defects.
• Temperature mapping validation for our entire vehicle lineup, specifically focusing on city and highway riding conditions. This validation is crucial to ensure our vehicles' performance and reliability under various operating conditions.

Engine Validation & Testing:

• Validating engine performance using the engine dynamometer.
• Instrumenting engines for development and durability trials at the engine dynamometer.
• Testing engine-related components at the component level.
• Monitoring and validating components at the engine level within the engine dynamometer.
• Preparing engines for temperature mapping and analyzing the resulting data.
• Benchmarking competitor engines and vehicles.
• Conducted root cause analysis for recurring issues to propose long-term solutions aimed at addressing the underlying problem.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies during the testing phase.
• Collaborated with test team to design new production test equipment by understanding new products in development.
• Contributed to project plans by providing time-scale estimates.
• Optimized testing processes through continuous improvement initiatives, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced time to market.
