- Scorecard Development - Developed an application scorecard for customers new to credit, decreasing delinquencies (30P in 6 months) from 2.2% to 1.4%, and improving the approval rate from 79% to 82%.
- Banking Scorecard - Developed an application scorecard based on banking details, such as balance, spending patterns, credits, etc. This model had a GINI of 45% and an AUC of 72%. This model is used in addition to the existing bureau scorecard and credit norms.
- Monitored and analyzed the performance of two-wheeler loans, personal loans, housing loans, and used car loans. Proposed various changes and interventions when needed.
- Produced monthly and quarterly performance reports for different scorecards and products. These reports involve delinquency rates, PSI, CSI, GINI, KS, etc
- Fraud Analysis: Created a fraud segmentation model using a decision tree. This model captured 85% of the fraud cases in a single node.
- Monthly cross-sell and up-sell offer generations for personal loans and used car loans.
