1. CITI Bank – TWA Plus – Web & Mobile Application Testing

Tech Stack: Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Eclipse, ALM, JIRA, MS Office

TWA+ is one module in CITI banking project. The module which deals with Total Wealth Advisor of RM (Relationship Manager) application. Maintaining Customer & Relationship level profiling like Investment Risk Profile, Customer Knowledge Assessment, Knowledge & Experience, Accredited Investor and Reference Currencies. Then end-to-end order placements in Deal Now like Mutual Funds – Buy & Sell, RSP, Switch, Securities Brokerage – Buy & Sell and finally checking the generated reports/documents and different types of authentication levels in fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Worked as an ‘Lead cum Senior Tester’ role and test execution was carried out during this engagement along with that leaded 3 junior testers for test execution.
• Understanding the business requirement and functionality of test cases.
• Preparation of clarification document.
• Reverse presentation about the domain to team.
• Worked in all stages of STLC model.
• Testing experience in Sanity, System, Regression, Backward/Staging with UAT environment applications such as Citi Eclipse, Citi Bank Online, Citi Bank Mobile.
• Experienced in identifying bugs/defects by following defect cycle approach using ALM.
• Ability to create good rapport with stakeholders such as Client, BA, Dev and PM.
• Handled multiple tasks and worked independently as well as with the team.

2. Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) – Integrated Corporate Portal (ICP) – Web Application Testing

Tech Stack: Trade Finance, Fusion Trade Investment (FTI), Swift Messages, Auth Portal, JIRA, MS Office

ICP is one module in BSF banking project. The module which deals with Trade Financing between two parties (Importer and Exporter) by issuance of Bank Guarantees, Shipping Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Collections or Undertakings to reduce the risk associated with global trade.

Responsibilities:

• Created an Issue events from bank side by using FTI application for LC's and Undertakings.
• Followed by that Amend event will be created based on the test scenarios.
• Claim Received and Outstanding Claim event had been created to make the payment completion for the trade.
• Collection of test evidence and raising a defect/bug in Jira for failure of test execution.
