- Collaborated with Demand Planners to build the case for investing in customer co planning tools for product lines where univariate forecasting is infeasible. This resulted in improving customer forecast accuracy for three major cloud customers by more than 35%.
- Worked with Juniper's Contract Manufacturers and Original Design Manufactures ( ODM)s to enable a forecast commit based order scheduling process that resulted in reducing the initial commit cycle time from 48 hours to real time and also improved Forecast to First Commit by 25%.
