  • Worked extensively with external consultants and demand planners to fine tune Demantra Statistical engine to improve statistical forecast accuracy by 12% for low variability products.
  • Collaborated with Demand Planners to build the case for investing in customer co planning tools for product lines where univariate forecasting is infeasible. This resulted in improving customer forecast accuracy for three major cloud customers by more than 35%.
  • Worked with Juniper's Contract Manufacturers and Original Design Manufactures ( ODM)s to enable a forecast commit based order scheduling process that resulted in reducing the initial commit cycle time from 48 hours to real time and also improved Forecast to First Commit by 25%.

  • Designed a solution framework to support logistics execution for several buy sell entities after the initial go live. This framework enables Juniper to orchestrate material flows for any newly created buy sell entity without having to re-engineer custom programs.
  • Adapted the existing logistics solution to suit the requirements of Customer Service Team for automating spare procurement to Juniper central warehouses.
  • Designed a custom sourcing algorithm to determine the right location to source a product after considering several variables like region and country specific compliance requirements.
