Using Dialogflow NLP, we created a sophisticated chatbot for ordering food in order to enhance user experience and expedite customer interactions.
We have created algorithms that effectively distinguish between words and numerical values, improving the accuracy of bot responses.
Technologies used include MySQL, FastAPI, JSONResponse, Dialogflow NLP, and re library. Using webhooks, I connected Dialogflow to a food ordering platform to expedite order fulfilment and shorten processing times.
