Project Title: Comptroller and Auditor General of India

OIOS(One IAAD One System) is an enterprise-wide end-to-end application. It's a web-enabled solution for complete digitalization of the audit process. OIOS supports better and real-time monitoring of the audit process, especially audit execution.

My Roles and Responsibilities:

• Worked on debugging and root cause analysis for problem management and incident management as per SLA.
• Worked on critical and high priority incidents.
• Checking existing code and feasibility from Pega side changes. Trouble shooting and Defect fixing.
• Development, Testing and Deployment of Defect fixes.
• Handover deliverables to client timely.
• Monitored production logs and worked with Clipboard, Rules Inspector, Tracer for trouble shooting the issues.
  

Project Title: Law Access System- Pega CRM

LA Connect provides legal information about a wide range of legal issues. Provide information via SMS and Email and Send Fulfillment Documents to Customer. Provide referrals to the right agency. Provides plain language legal information via a website for dealing with legal problems.

My Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience in Pega PRPC with Support, Analysis and Development of Web-based applications.

• Having good experience in designing Flows, Flow Actions, Harnesses, Sections
• Implementing Business Rules using Decision Rules, Activities, Data Transforms, and Validations
• Involved in creating activities, activity step methods, when rules and decision rules
• Prepared the User Interfaces (section, harness, Flows, and flow action).
• Implemented various rules like Flows, Report Definitions, Decision tables, Data Transforms, circumstance rules, etc.
• Implementation of new Work Flows based on the business requirements.
• Following the process and preparing the necessary design level documents for the Application
• Unit Testing the Implemented Workflows & Defect Fixes.
