  • Launched region's first UHNW product, 'Visa Infinite Privilege', introducing access to exclusive ‘money-can't-buy' experiences and access to a hyper-personalized global concierge service. Led end-to-end product design and structuring, assessed commercial viability, and spearheaded client engagement to ensure a successful market launch.
  • Spearheaded comprehensive redesign of India's Affluent product strategy across four strategic pillars 1) Differentiated customer value proposition for UHNW, HNW & Emerging Affluent Segments 2) IRF Review & refresh to ensure market competitiveness 3) Introduced Visa's first spend-linked fee structure generating ₹10M incremental revenue in Y1; and 4)Modernized product rules framework enabling enhanced product design flexibility and innovation capabilities.
  • Strengthened the ‘Events passion pillar' for Visa by leading multiple strategic partnerships with Global partners in Dining (Ex: Conde Nast Traveler, Partnered with Michelin Star Chefs for pop ups ) & Music (Multiple concerts with BookMyShow)
  • Challenging the status quo with a pivot in GTM strategy by engaging D2C marketing channels such as Influencer marketing, customer research initiatives , sales first collaterals to support acquisition and drive preference for Visa Affluent cards
