Due to Covid-19, I pursued a part-time project to upskill myself & utilize my time to the best.

• My roles & responsibilities included-.
• Teaching block based coding.
• Teaching Web designing using HTML, CSS, Bootstraps & JS.
• Mentoring budding teachers on the platform.

This helped me in learning different coding languages & their application.It also helped me gain knowledge about different prototyping websites, such as Thunkable & Code.org.

• SCA Technologies, Gurgaon Provides Supply Chain & Cost Optimization solutions to companies like Mc.
• Donald's US, RSCS (Yum Brands) & their suppliers (such as Tyson, Mission, ADM, Ardent Mills, etc.).
• Customers: Mainly worked with McD & it's supplier from 2015 to mid-2017 and later with RSCS for the following work duration.
• Key achievements are as follows: Product Lead.

• Improved UX measures by 25% through user feedback collection, synthesis of solution and frequent iterations based on customer needs.
• Launched 3 new products (Sourcing Events, LIS, and Category Planning) in last one year, for total 22% revenue gain.
• Owning and managing the product life cycle with internal and external stakeholders, including definition, development and launch.
• Enhanced the capabilities to extend our offering to suppliers to manage their suppliers (Difficulty level-Very high), extending complete product access to suppliers.

• Lead Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) module, developed the module to increase forecast accuracy at all the echelons of supply chain, annual revenue of 8 million $.
• Enhanced the capability to extend our offering to manage restaurant level (Difficulty level- High), in demo phase currently.
• Lead Commodity Risk Management (CRM) module deliverables, to control the market price fluctuations by hedging commodity prices.

• Defining requirements of the upcoming releases and walkthrough of the new features to all the relevant stakeholders.
• Onboarded RSCS as a new client, along with its suppliers.

• Successful development of a new model for Client pricing purpose (COGS) to forecast prices of goods in order to maximize profit and optimize expenditures, maintaining visibility across stakeholders via the COGS tool.
