• Interaction with clients via phone calls, emails, and net meetings.
• Monitoring Dynatrace and Splunk tool. ·
• Troubleshooting the error related to the servers and application. And fixing the issue.
• Experienced Splunk , Dynatrace monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Good knowledge in creating dashboards using monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace to monitor services and application.
• Involved in error reporting, root cause analyzes and issue tracking.
• Involved in Raising incident, change request and Problem tickets.
• Handle tickets and tasks, and responsible for closing them within pre-defined SLA.
• Deploying the change requests.
• Providing the requested file details and the files.
• Involved in automation.
• Good knowledge on Splunk, Dynatrace , SQL, basics of PowerShell scripting , triaging Errors in logfiles.
