• Management of the Localization (subtitling & dubbing) process for all projects for the #1 entertainment production and streaming OTT platform in the world.
• Coordinated throughout the lifecycle of several concurrent localization projects of varying complexity, in fast paced turnarounds with an average of 10 projects on day to day basis.
• Coordinated for short form content (trailers,teasers & clips) subtitling and dubbing process, as well as the long form (both branded & Non Branded content) subtitling process in over 30+ languages.
• Successfully delivered all project's within agreed deadlines by coordinating with vendors to manage performance and without compromising content quality.
• Responsible for overseeing projects from inception to distribution, setting up tasks and assigning resources and working with vendors/linguists to ensure all assignments are understood, timelines are followed, and deliveries completed correctly and on time.
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with Client's Localization Producer's, and communicate with them regularly about the project's progress and any roadblocks.
• Acted as a single point of contact for client’s entire vendor pool to ensure successful project deliver. (Approx 35 linguist's/ vendor per project).
• Utilized numerous tools and client's localization platforms to coordinate end-to-end workflows.
• Provided training to new joiner's in understanding the workflow and the localization tools and constant support to them during their work tenure.
• Kept projects on schedule by managing deadlines and adjusting workflows.
