Generative AI Architect with expertise in designing and deploying AI solutions for healthcare, enhancing patient care and clinical workflows. Proficient in utilizing LangChain, Google ADK, and agentic frameworks to create interactive applications, integrating Azure OpenAI’s large language models with Retrieval-Augmented Generation for intelligent systems. Experienced in developing scalable, secure AI systems compliant with GxP standards and data privacy protocols. Collaborates effectively with medical professionals and stakeholders to align AI technologies with clinical and organizational objectives, including advanced chatbot solutions for diverse medical applications.
An organization developed and implemented a unified virtual agent chatbot for IT management using ServiceNow and Azure OpenAI. This chatbot was created as a CIO initiative to improve natural language understanding and interaction capabilities. It's seamlessly integrated with the ServiceNow platform to automatically create and assign IT incidents based on historic data analysis, significantly reducing service request resolution times and enhancing employee satisfaction.
The solution has been rolled out globally and is accessible to all employees, including via mobile devices through its integration with Microsoft Teams. The chatbot can handle a variety of tasks, such as reporting IT and application issues, consuming ITSM (IT Service Management) and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) information, and facilitating approvals for both requests and change management. It also provides a centralized platform for querying knowledge articles related to IT processes.
The project leveraged a technology stack that includes ServiceNow Virtual Agent designer, Flow Designer, and various programming languages like JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python. It also utilizes several Azure AI Services, including Cognitive Search, Azure OpenAI, and Cosmos DB.
Other notable achievements and projects include:
As a team lead, I drove significant IT service improvements through strategic automation. I spearheaded a CIO initiative to develop a unified virtual agent chatbot with ServiceNow and Azure OpenAI, which dramatically cut service resolution times globally. Additionally, I led the creation of an end-to-end automation framework using ServiceNow Orchestrator, which automated server builds across various environments. I also managed the migration from IBM Netcool to ServiceNow ITOM and directed a large-scale CMDB implementation, enhancing our overall infrastructure management and compliance. My focus was on leveraging technology to standardize and improve processes.
As part of the Big Data Hadoop Platform as a Service, I was involved in the following activities: understanding the Big Data platform from the customer, building the preparation of the project plan, defining the tasks to be automated, and finalizing the tool set for automating. I developed Python scripts to provision AWS and Azure instances and wrote Ansible playbooks for agent configuration.
I then integrated these scripts into a Jenkins pipeline and built a complex monitoring solution for private networks using Zabbix. This platform, which also included auto-scaling, was delivered to multiple clients by following a sprint-based, feedback-driven release cycle. I also provided solutions and cost analysis for big data implementations using services like HDInsight and EMR.
As a cloud technical lead, I managed enterprise AWS and Azure accounts, providing solutions and handling daily infrastructure management. I architected and implemented a robust Azure disaster recovery solution using Azure Site Recovery and MSSQL Geo-Replication, achieving minimal RTO and RPO. I also delivered comprehensive automation for a Spotfire PaaS environment in Azure and AWS, including daily backups and an automated infrastructure build using ARM Templates and Azure PowerShell. Additionally, I implemented a cloud-native ETL solution with Azure Data Factory to streamline data consumption for our BI tools.
