  • MLR – Medical Legal Review
    We leverage Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance the Medical Legal Review (MLR) process for promotional materials. The system is trained on product-specific medical data to automatically extract claims from sales materials, validate them against reference documents, and generate semantic justifications. It further supports the creation of structured annotations—such as linking source references and adding reviewer notes—seamlessly integrated into the Veeva system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the review workflow.
  • V-Coach is a real-time, voice-enabled application that helps pharmaceutical sales representatives prepare for medicine promotion by interacting with a virtual doctor persona. It validates their claims against FDA guidelines, raises compliance warnings for unsubstantiated information, and evaluates sales strategy and brand knowledge. Based on these assessments, V-Coach generates certification, ensuring reps are knowledgeable and compliant before engaging with customers. The system features low latency for smooth, responsive interactions.

An organization developed and implemented a unified virtual agent chatbot for IT management using ServiceNow and Azure OpenAI. This chatbot was created as a CIO initiative to improve natural language understanding and interaction capabilities. It's seamlessly integrated with the ServiceNow platform to automatically create and assign IT incidents based on historic data analysis, significantly reducing service request resolution times and enhancing employee satisfaction.

The solution has been rolled out globally and is accessible to all employees, including via mobile devices through its integration with Microsoft Teams. The chatbot can handle a variety of tasks, such as reporting IT and application issues, consuming ITSM (IT Service Management) and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) information, and facilitating approvals for both requests and change management. It also provides a centralized platform for querying knowledge articles related to IT processes.

The project leveraged a technology stack that includes ServiceNow Virtual Agent designer, Flow Designer, and various programming languages like JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python. It also utilizes several Azure AI Services, including Cognitive Search, Azure OpenAI, and Cosmos DB.
