Assist in the audit of large engagements that are complex in nature by proactively communicating with the onshore audit team about the findings and status progress.
Manage multiple engagements, and prepare structured and effective audit documentation regarding the client's processes and technology systems.
Provide timely, high-quality services that meet or exceed clients' expectations, including coordinating the auditing of all required financial statements, related disclosures, and other client work papers.
Supervise and train junior audit members on how to effectively review various financial working papers by mentoring them in the best practices.
Assist in the walkthrough calls with the clients to understand how the controls are being processed from the clients' point of view in the audit and preparation of the client process.
Identify and communicate audit issues, technical matters, and improvement opportunities with senior associates, managers, and partners to resolve client issues discovered during the audit process.
Perform an assessment of accounts, including payables, receivables, revenue, equity, and debt.
Perform testing, such as revenue testing, by critically examining the contract with the customers, performance obligations, and service agreements/amendment documents provided by the clients.
Supported the audit team in developing audit schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of audit engagements.
