  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires only for the Sales and Marketing Professionals.

  • Process salaries by managing attendance, leaves, and the salaries of Sales and Marketing employees, and sending the processed salaries to the Payroll Department for salutatory compliance.

  • Monitor and track employee performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics.

  • Conduct regular performance appraisals to evaluate employee performance against established goals and standards.
