I am a BTECH graduate in Mining Engineering from IIT (BHU), Varanasi, with a strong interest in building and being part of businesses. After graduation, I co-founded a startup in the quick-commerce space, where I worked on market research, product planning, and early execution. I spent time on the ground speaking with retailers and wholesalers, helping refine our business focus to the fashion segment based on margins, feasibility and opportunity. Alongside this, I contributed hands-on to building the initial versions of our applications and backend systems. Through this experience, I developed practical exposure to problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and product execution. I am now looking to pursue formal management education to gain a structured understanding of all aspects of business, and also enhance my exposure to novel, real-world problems through team collaborations.

- Participated in Innopreneurs Season 11 (Lemon Ideas) at the ideation stage to test feasibility and receive early feedback . ranked among the Top 500 teams in the startup competition with over 1,000 participating ventures
- Conducted extensive on-ground market surveys, pitching the concept to local retailers and gathering ~100 positive responses.
- Analysed existing quick-commerce competitors and identified challenges in general B2C delivery , and narrowed the business focus to the fashion segment
- Started product development in parallel with market validation to ensure problem-solution alignment
- Independently developed multiple Android applications and a backend server, contributing fully to one app, partially to another, and the server architecture
- Worked on logistics planning, including delivery flow, workforce requirements, and basic cost feasibility for pilot execution
- Led and coordinated the company registration process.
