Customer complaints handling and taking corrective action by investigate to identify the root cause for various OEM and Tier 1 customers
Review and monitor the daily in-process records, CAPA, against line issues.
Conduct daily red table meeting to review the rejection parts with inspectors & Production team.
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints requiring management-level escalation.
Taking corrective action through Pareto analysis
New product quality coordinator – PPAP/ISIR approval from customer
New product trial coordination & Process parameter freeze
Co-ordinate with IATF –16949:2016 Audit and close the NC’s with internal team
Conduct & MRM against IATF requirements
Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system
Follow up with concern team to close Internal Audit NC’s
Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business
Supplier Improvement activities to avoid repeated quality issues
Supplier Qualification and Periodic Supplier audit
Meeting with suppliers to discuss about CAPA based on the Supplier Stratification Index
Review the training records periodically
Apply 8D and 5 why analysis concept through Pareto analysis to generate the CAPA & avoid the repeated issue.
Work as a team member to implement the Kaizen for critical process
Review daily NC with respect to line issues
Take the containment action against customer complaint on time
Customer Audit handling and close the observation by providing action plan effectively
Efficient communication/Relationship with customer and our manufacturing team
Monitoring the Rejection versus daily production due to Supplier part
Monitoring the further shipments Quality status from incoming inspection stages itself for the effectiveness of received CAPA
Revalidation plan and reports preparation against customer requirement
Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standard of quality
Responsible for testing nonconforming materials and provide necessary action plans as required
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets
Ensuring that all QA tests are carried out on time and full.
Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience
Keeping quality documents up to date
Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction
Responsible for the review and update of the program quality plans
Awareness of the regulatory requirements and customer service expectations
Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out
Preparing and analyzing information for the purpose of management review
Giving specialist quality assurance advice to the company departments as required
In depth knowledge of failure mode and effective analysis and statistical methodologies
Handle the tasks of conducting failure investigation, design verification, and performing risk analysis
Perform the tasks of interpreting testing and developing continuous improvement process
Handle responsibilities of analyzing data to provide necessary plans in quality testing
Analyze current and future procedural needs of the business
Provide training on Quality issues
Coordinate the review of Quality procedures associated with plant continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents
Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system
Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Poke-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis
Keep up with current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends that concern product quality
Review the KPI for all the department and plant level KPI
Customer projects: DAIMLER, HMI, KIA, MSIL, MG Motors, Toyota Boshoku India, TATA Auto components, NVH India group, TGSIN, Motherson group, TAFE, HTL, Hanon, Grupo Antolin & Seco komos
Skill & Attributes:
Knowledge of quality Systems, Working knowledge of New Product Business systems, Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Control plan & PFD, Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 requirements, Ability to work on own initiative & Team working skills, Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes, Ability to work in a critical situation, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Problem-solving skills, Team leading skills, Understanding of cost and financial impacts
