1. Responsible for all the Financial issues of the Artex Sunsystems Application such as Bank form, Entity form, Supplier form, Participant form for the end users.

2. Responsible for all the accesses of the new users around the globe into the various applications of artex such as sun systems, synergy, datalync, investor lync, checkmate, Time at work, Boardvantage

3. Responsible for month end activities like Timesheet import & RDS transfer desk for Sun systems & Time at work applications to make sure all the data's worked throughout the month are in order.

4. Responsible for training new joiners end to end & also preparing the SOP's & guides if there is anything new in the process or to edit any existing procedures.

5. Responsible for servers issues of the applications if the users are facing any login issue due to server issue which needs a reboot.

6. Additionally also responsible for bringing up any issues,conerns to the higher management in the existing process which needs prompt attention & solution & also suggesting ideas which can help fix issues at the earliest.

• Responsible for daily client servicing operational activities required in supporting Investment Managers. This includes communication with clients, brokers, custodians and other third party providers.
• Posting client instructions into internal books of records through Xceptor.
• Matching Xceptor data & validating those with clients’ raw data through excel.
• Give the end to end data & STP to the developers of Xceptor to build the data.
• Also worked on payment tools like GCM, MTS.
• Effectively processing the reconciled cash transactions, applying payments to client accounts while maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures and documentation for cash posting to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and industry regulations.
• Accounts for maintaining Back office records for clients with efficient use of enhanced macros and manual input at IBOR.
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced cash posting cycle times by 20%.
• Good understanding of Financial Markets, SWIFT, MTS and GCM.
• Mentor and train junior team members, ensuring their proficiency in cash posting procedures and maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity within the department.
• Processing receipt and payment of cash transactions through internal systems as per client request and implementing new client implementations.
• Worked with multiple clients to understand needs and provide excellent service. Handling high priority requests and processing of payments and receipts with allotted range of applications like MTS and GCM.
• Managing critical clients and meeting SLA’s Registering journal entries in books of records, prioritizing daily tasks & work queues.

• Perform all work in accordance to department procedures and quality standards.
• Handling all Financial and Non – Financial work types in Transaction processing such as Updating the database with Systematic purchases and withdrawals, EFT banking updates.
• Processing of Stale Dated cheques, Return Cheques and Stop Payments.
• Working on High-Priority items such as Wire outs, Manual Cheque and Manual EFT.
• Executing Trades for Institutional Investors.
• Setting up Educational Savings A/c and Applying for grants from contributions received.
• Trade settlement with provided financial data and documents provided.
• Responsible to perform Root Cause Analysis in Financial work adjustments; creating action plan to avoid in future.
• Ensuring Quality based trade settlements and Transferring of funds as per client requests within the SLA
• Analyzing trades placed by Custodian banks and Mutual fund companies on settlement dates.
