• Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding SMARTe Inc. products for EMEA and APAC regions.
• Connecting with CMOs, Marketing & Salesperson like Marketing Managers, Sales managers, CMOs, etc. to identify their pain areas and help them with the accurate database.
• Follow-up on inbound & outbound calls, chat and email inquiries from customers interested in learning more about SMARTe Inc. product and service offerings.
• Track customer-related phone conversations and emails in the CRM system (Salesforce and Outplay), including documenting sales opportunities according to defined sales processes.
• Find, nurture, and qualify leads
• Achieved and overachieved the monthly quotas of qualified and sales qualified opportunities (for continued 3 quarters)
• Actively collaborate as a team member within the department and with the organization.
• Active participation in other cultural and fun activities.
• Execute outbound call campaigns to prospective or existing customers, educating them on new product and service offerings
• Effectively use technology including Salesforce, Outplay, Microsoft Office, etc. to perform job functions.
• Generating Appointments with C-level executives, and key decision-makers and passing them on to the sales team.
• To Build and maintain a sales pipeline based on the highly targeted database.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives and quotas of qualified appointments on regular basis.
• Use phone, email, and internal marketing tools to perform selling activities and drive new business.
• Manage sales through prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
• Generating reports providing a summary and detailed activity information.
• Responsible for developing new business opportunities for the Company.
