Project Description : CRMS(Customer Risk Management System) is a UI based tool for Mastercard treasury department to estimate, quantify and track customer settlement exposure and brand related exposure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Led comprehensive testing initiatives, ensuring a thorough understanding of software testing concepts and processes.
• Applied diverse testing methods and types to validate software functionality, contributing to the overall improvement of product quality.
• Successfully implemented test automation, resulting in a 20% reduction in testing time and increased efficiency.
• Collaborated with the development team to reproduce and prioritize reported issues, emphasizing critical bug fixes.
• Participated in daily status reporting, including prioritizing and estimating task execution, and communicating effectively with project team members and stakeholders.
• Conducted rigorous testing at various levels, ensuring the identification and resolution of bugs throughout the software development life cycle.
• Utilized critical thinking skills to examine bug reports, prioritize tests, and contribute to the development of comprehensive test plans.
