• Worked on a fundraising mandate for the beauty division of a listed retailer, involving sector landscaping, investor materials, and precedent transaction analysis.
• Assisting on an ongoing sell-side mandate for a jewelry business divestment, including financial analysis, valuation benchmarking, buyer screening, and industry research.
• Supporting the execution of an ongoing sell-side mandate for a packaging company through the preparation of transaction materials, buyer discussions, and diligence coordination.

Deal Execution and Advisory

• Prepared investor presentations, IMs, peer benchmarking analyses, and strategic materials across consumer, industrial, packaging, media, and retail sectors.
• Coordinated legal and financial due diligence alongside external advisors, managing transaction workflows, investor documentation, and data collection.
• Worked with client finance, legal, and secretarial teams on diligence management, transaction documentation, CP/CS closure, and definitive agreements.
• Assisted in financial modeling and valuation using DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transaction methodologies.

Industry Research & Business Development

• Screened and evaluated potential investment and outreach opportunities across fashion, dairy, snacks, retail, and BPC segments.
• Assisted senior bankers in outreach and relationship development with companies including Chheda Specialities, Minimalist, BlissClub, Naturals Ice Cream, and HyFun Foods.
• Coordinated meetings and investor discussions with founders, venture capital funds, and strategic investors including 3one4 Capital and Asha Ventures.
• Built databases covering 100+ companies across packaging, retail, and food segments for deal origination and outreach

• Conducted analysis of balance sheet structure, asset-liability positioning, and treasury-related observations as part of an Asset-Liability Management (ALM) project.
