• Onboarded applications using PingFederate with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID protocols.
• Created adapter instances; exported and imported metadata.
• Configured PingFederate servers in cluster mode.
• Handled L2/L3 support tickets related to SSO login failures, metadata mismatches, token issues, and certificate problems.

● Requirement gathering and performing functional and detailed design analysis, and responsible for developing guidelines, standards and implementations.
