SME ageing/slow moving inventory reduction program

• Initiated and developed inventory ageing report in coordination with analytics team, had stakeholder buy-in (CS and Category), wrote business requirement document, to provide accurate insights on slow/dead stock in warehouses.
• Organized, facilitated, and monitored weekly calls with cross functional teams (CS, category, warehouse) for timelines, risks, concerning issues, mitigation, and target achievement.
• Impact - Reduced inventory ageing >75 days to below 2 lakhs level from 25 lakhs

Ecommerce- Order to ship lead time reduction program.

• Conducted value stream mapping exercise to map entire process, conducted data collection exercise for RCA
• Organized, facilitated, and tracked weekly calls with cross functional stakeholders (Customer success, logistics and warehouse teams) to eliminate root causes
• Collaborated with Product team, wrote BRDs with impact, conducted UAT with warehouse as user for internal supply chain order management system (OMS).
• Impact - 24 hr O2S service levels increased from 60% to 86%
• Impact - Reduction of 1 Desk operator with man hours saved

Continuous process improvement - warehouse operations

• Inventory accuracy - Compared Moglix (WMS system) stock levels to Vedanta (SAP system), collaborated cross functionally with Vedanta and Moglix stakeholders for continous deletion, upload and approvals

Impact - Corrected and uploaded stock worth 9.13 cr from 9.42 cr

Impact - Deleted excess stock worth 14.75 cr from 15.45 cr

• QC pendency - Program managed QC pendency clearance with stakeholders of Vedanta, SGS and Moglix by providing visibility, monitoring weekly calls, conflict resolution and setting targets

Impact - Cleared QC pendency worth 14.99 cr from 15.36 cr

• Returns process - Fixed customer return/LSP return process with barcode scanning automation, SOP, cross functional calls for supplier returns and damage returns
• VMI inventory planning and forecasting - Weekly deletion of VMI purchase orders based on current inventory level, historic demand, safety stock, and JIT-VMI spo punching governance

Production, Planning and control.

• Negotiated, prioritized and collaborated with internal Adidas domestic sales team and production team to generate maximum revenue and profit from limited machine hrs availability.
• Collaborated with yarn purchase team for lead time, delivery dates, calculating yarn requirement. Overlook machine requirement, machine changes, machine hours and production planning for Adidas socks and its tracking.

Lean Management

• Served as a spoc, between HBI Chinese Lean consultants and Infiiloom India in regular meetings. Supported Manufacturing excellence director, by writing MOM’s, making presentations, and conducting internal workshops.
• Conducted value stream mapping, bird’s eye mapping, current state mapping, angry cloud formation, angry cloud prioritization exercises for Infiiloom processes and provided action plans for improvement along with weekly tracking.

Business process reengineering/ software development

• Served as a spoc to E&Y for software development of planning tool, excel to Python based application.
• Deriving logics for required result of current processes and communicating it to client for development of software.
• Validating and testing of software with required input and outputs to existing processes on excel and comparing them.
