• Installing and decommissioning servers, ensuring smooth setup and removal processes.
• Managing incidents, changes, and service requests using ServiceNow, following the ITIL framework.
• Providing proactive monitoring using Zabbix, and offering technical support in daily operations.

• Creating virtual machines and installing various guest operating systems.
• Generating and analyzing VMware infrastructure reports using RvTools.
• Managing physical server hardware with Dell OME for optimal performance.

Directory and Access Support:

• Provided basic Active Directory support, including user account creation, password resets, and group membership updates.
• Assisted in access-related troubleshooting to ensure users had the correct permissions in line with organizational policies.
