To work with internal stakeholders and external clients to define that concept and create a process to bring it to fruition. This includes setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks.
To deliver projects on time in full in a way that is positive and progressive.
To take the Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project
To Influence, manage, brief and lead people across Team, Cross functional teams (including Procurement, Finance, Mechanical engineering, toolroom , moulding) and relevant external suppliers (material suppliers, graphite electrodes etc.) to engage in, take accountability and deliver projects..
Handle and nourish the team of junior executives for the design & development so as to nurture and build the next generation of leaders for constant and sustainable growth of company.
Supervise and work in synchronization with the cross functional team for the issues which are escalated or has potential to escalate so as to maintain overall customer satisfaction.
To optimize & improve design to save the process time & cost in VMC,EDM,Wire EDM.
