• Reviewing data from fund houses using JSDM tool to ensure accuracy.
• Formatting and quality check 100% of mutual fund holdings in regulatory filings.
• Conducting research on financial instruments to ensure portfolio quality assurance.
• Analyzing documents like 8K, 10K, and company filings for corporate actions.
• Applying logic checks, including HP, PTT, and PHDC, adjusting securities' price or par value accordingly.
• Training new team members and provided ongoing refreshers on updated guidelines.
