- Offer value and suitability advice: Provide expert guidance on the value, suitability, and potential of properties for each client.
Negotiation and Deal Management
- Negotiate deals: Handle negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, addressing any objections or complaints effectively.
