● Designed and developed an AI-powered conversational agent using OpenAI/Gemini,integrated into the customer app. The agent enabled users to purchase gift vouchers from top brands via natural language chat or voice commands. Customers could

seamlessly buy vouchers for themselves or gift them to others, significantly enhancing user experience and driving engagement.

• Gift card Fulfillment and Scratch card Fulfillment Orchestrated the management of the Deals & Gift Voucher vertical, facilitating seamless scratch card fulfillment and third-party API integrations for gift vouchers from top brands such as Google, Apple, Amazon, and Myntra. Pioneered the development of a multi-tenant, highly available, and scalable service to enhance the delivery of gift vouchers, ensuring robust and efficient operations. andling 30,000 RPM with 100ms latency during peak traffic.
• Brand Voucher Integration Enabled brands to sell their vouchers on the Paytm app through seamless third-party API integrations (Qwikcilver, Euronet, VoucherGram).
• Notification-Consumer Springboot based applications work as a consumer service which consumes the kafka event and sends the different types of communication like EMAIL, SMS, CHAT ,PN and whatsapp related to GV.

• REST API Microservices : Designed and developed various microservices for the Nearbuy ecosystem using Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB, with some services built using Node.js in a distributed system architecture.
