Responsibilities:

• Shall be responsible for the execution and control of construction activities as per the method statement, and lead the construction team for the safe work execution at the site.
• Shall ensure the latest revised approved construction drawing, or isometric drawing, for site activities.
• Shall ensure that the proper field material is available.
• Plan the activities in coordination with the Job Performer and the permit coordinator in advance.
• Check in hand all the required documents, such as MS, JSA/FRA, approved drawings, third-party certificates, and a valid permit to work before work starts.
• Coordinate with the HSE Officer from time to time to carry out the job safely and in an orderly manner.
• Coordinate for the immediate suspension of work in the event of any emergency or uncertainty at the site, and inform site management to ensure the safe evacuation of all personnel whenever required.
• Coordinate with the implementation contractor, permit controller, and site engineer for upcoming permits.
• Coordinated with subcontractors, ensuring their work met project specifications, as well as monitored their progress toward completion.
• Enhanced site safety by conducting regular inspections and enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols.

Scope of work: The project scope is to build a BAB pipeline network (sub-headers and flow lines) to distribute treated seawater from the water-injected pump station main header pipeline to the wellhead piping water injection wells. It also includes PIG launchers/receivers, valve stations, and tie-in with existing wells. The flow lines are CS pipes lined with an inner layer of HDPE lining.

• Coordinated with subcontractors, ensuring their work met project specifications, as well as monitored their progress towards completion deadlines.
