started my own Coaching institute to guide students to achieve their potential . I taught then online as well as offline for JEE(Mains and Adv.) and NEET . I have help them to qualify for KVPY and OLYMPIAD.
Periodical tests are taken and progress is analysed . We focus to rectify the weakness of students.

• In R&D department, Involved in development and evaluation of new drilling fluid products viz. emulsion stability boosters, which involved the evaluation of various surfactant chemistry. Evaluation of Shale inhibition, lubricants and fluid loss additives.
• On-Site design and formulation of drilling fluid to comply with mud programs.

• Responsibilities included method development for various projects and their instrumental analysis on GC, HPLC, GC-MS, UV, IR, AAS and Wet Chemistry.
