· General Administration of the location with seat capacity of 14,000 seats catering to over 200 projects
· Management of 17 million sq,ft area, 5 buildings, Essential utilities, Sports facilities etc. on a land parcel of 14 acres
· Managing the Employee Transport Services catering to 6000 bus users in the day and 2000 cab users in the night
· Ensuring Safety and Security of the premise
· Projecting and Managing the annual location budget of about Rs. 200 Crs.
· Liaison with Local Civic bodies, other Government agencies, landlord and other local stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the location
· Ensuring good experience for all esteemed clients visiting the location, providing best of F&B services and facilitating peaceful business discussions – We had 232 client visits in the last FY 22-23
· Managing the 700 seats ‘state of the art’ Multi Purpose Hall commissioned to hold large scale TCS events – We hosted 208 events in FY 22-23
· Management of a digitized, multi-cuisine cafeteria with 3000 capacity and a ‘Executive Dining Room’ with 500 seats
· Ensuring Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Physical Security Audits

· Negotiate, secure and manage Annual Rate Contracts for housekeeping and Engineering services essential for the smooth function of the hotel

· Import of equipment and procurement of, material of Capital nature
· Responsible for the procurement of all Housekeeping, CGS, Stewarding and Engineering purchases of the unit
· Responsible for the management of the 3PL services contracted by the Taj Group for material supply to the unit
· To ascertain, identify and advice the operational departments about product availability, specifications, prices, alternatives and delivery time frame based on operational/ project needs
· To liaison, build, develop and maintain excellent rapport with the Vendors, Freight forwarders, CHA, Custom and Government authorities
· Vendor management, Vendor development and Vendor Audits
· Conducting Market Surveys, Forecast market conditions and issue alerts vis-a-vis availability of materials under various economic conditions
· Ensure optimum utilization of the EPCG and SFIS licenses available to the unit
· Conducting co-ordination meeting with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
· Served as a part of many flying units of IAF involved in Air-logistics Operations, VVIP/VIP Air Movements and SHBO Operations undertaken through MI-17/MI-17 1V Helicopters both as a team member and as a Team Leader
· Engaged in the management of vast inventory of spares, test equipment required for modern and highly sophisticated aircraft/weapon systems
· Managing MIS of technical activities of a Air Force station, creating SOPs for day to day operations
· Coordination with Air HQ, Command HQ and various supply agencies for timely fulfillment of various technical demands and operational requirement of flying units
· Accountable for monitoring the life of aircraft components and forecasting the technical requirements of aircraft stores, spares and ground equipment to initiate timely procurement process, in order to maintain high degree of operational capability of flying units
· Conducting internal quality auditing of Aircraft maintenance procedures, technical infrastructure and processes
· Ensuring tight control on quality of Fuel, Oil and Lubrication stores supplied to the base
