2. Installation & Commissioning Support
- Assist in the proper installation and commissioning of SINENG inverters, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
- Verify inverter settings, parameters, and communication interfaces for optimal performance.
- Conduct initial performance checks post-installation.
3. Maintenance & Preventive Checks
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on SINENG inverters.
- Monitor inverter performance via SCADA or remote monitoring systems.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent system failures.
4. Firmware & Software Updates
- Support or execute firmware updates and system upgrades for SINENG inverters.
- Ensure compatibility and proper functioning after updates.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of service visits, troubleshooting steps, and repairs.
- Document inverter performance data, error logs, and customer feedback.
- Update knowledge bases with common issues and solutions.
6. Customer & Team Communication
- Clearly communicate technical findings and solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with the technical team, suppliers, or SINENG representatives for complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
7. System Optimization & Enhancements
- Assist in optimizing inverter performance through parameter adjustments.
- Support system upgrades or integration with new components or monitoring systems.
8. Safety & Compliance
- Follow electrical safety protocols during troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and local regulations.
9. Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Stay updated on SINENG inverter models, features, and industry best practices.
- Provide basic training to end-users or site technicians on inverter operation and safety.
