Maritz Loyalty

• This project was a complex system which caters to loyalty and business needs of Automobile sector clients.
• This system involves a customer intelligence engine (CIE) which focuses on management of
  information about demographic details, contacts, preferences and requests of customers. It
  helps increase the customer base of the client by maintaining existing and prospects
  information in the system and helps in execution of marketing campaigns to increase and
  maintain the customer base.
• Built various micro-services around WCF, ASP.NET WebApi backed by RDBMS (ML SQL Server).
• MLBI SSIS, DTS to handle data transforms and work-loads.
