• Handled Merger of four entities and the relevant accounting treatments as per Ind AS 103 and preparation of consolidated financial statements for the same.

• Gaining an understanding of company’s different processes by performing walkthrough of the various processes of the entity, identifying control lapses and providing suggestions to clients on strengthening of controls.

• Preparation of Tax Audit report, including the preparation of form 3CD and the annexures corresponding to it.

· Has been an active member and lead audit teams for various Tax audits & Transfer Pricing Audits of various companies in Manufacturing, Pharmacy and Software industries.
