Responsible for leading the Data & and AI practice. My role involves coordinating comprehensive program management, providing leadership for the Center of Excellence, and overseeing technical delivery. I am actively involved in driving Technical Delivery and delivery-led sales, focusing on fostering client relationships and sales for various Data & and AI projects. These projects include Real-time Analytics, Gen AI use cases, Digital Flows, LLM Ops, Personalization and recommendation systems, Data and model migration, and Model Operations.

I am currently working closely with Verizon, one of the leading telecommunications companies globally. Within the scope of my work at Verizon, I oversee intricate projects that involve Data Analytics, AI, ML, Software Development, Cloud Engineering, Microservices, Modelling, LLMOps, MLOps, Digital Twins, and more. My responsibilities also include nurturing a team comprising over 150 experts, ranging from Data Scientists and Engineers to Software Developers. I am dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient process for AI/ML development and AI Industrialization. My proficiency extends to encompassing 5G network systems, Network elements, OSS & BSS.

Furthermore, I am at the forefront of leading the Google Cloud Platform Practice (GCP) for Incedo.

Worked with clients across industries to integrate strategy, process, technology, and information management to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and business value. The power of Data & Analytics, AI, concepts of Blockchain along with all the experience that has been gathered in the last 25 years as an IT & Digital transformation professional helped in engagements with clients spread across industries & geographies including North America, India & South East Asia.

Some examples of the projects included consulting for Blockchain based DeFi ecosystem for a startup, Procuring regulatory frameworks & product management for a payment system platform, Presales work for Government projects & bids, development & GTM for Short Video app, Premium Insurance Platform, various Data Crunching. Analytics & Actionable Insights projects, consulting for a Large Edge Computing Data Center Ecosystem and Social Media Platform for Social & Political Issues.

• Engagements included projects to connect businesses with AI with solutions using NLP, ML, Analytics Graph DB like Neo4J & related toolsets. Built 'Octopus' a E2E Data, platform built on Neo4J.
