• Organize and supervise day to day work production activities as per the time motion cycle and ensure that the job is completed within the given man hours
• Supervision of various Abrasive blast cleaned surface using, copper slag & Garnets/ aluminum oxide/ steel short/ glass Abrasive.

• Preparation of coating failures of both old and new coatings
• Give proper training to applicators according to project specification requirements and ensure daily interaction to meet client expectations.
• Manages construction progress by checking daily, weekly and monthly work done quantities.
• Prepares construction M/S (Method Statement) based on specification and requirements.
• Ensures necessary construction drawings and materials in advance of construction implementation
• Supervises and ensures safe condition at construction site in cooperation with safety department
• Ensure all painting and insulation activities according to international and local HSE regulations
• Perform post order coordination with vendor; expedite materials to ensure the delivery meet the schedule
• Coordinated timely flow of engineering documents, certificates, test reports and inspection reports between concerned departments and companies
• Coordinate with Certifying authority, client, job sharing personnel and subcontractor assuring conformity to project specifications; interacted with company representatives and ensured product conformity
