• Responsible for overall planning and execution of WTG Project, Crane, and logistics management.
• Managing contractors like WTG erection, tool suppliers and mechanical crane package contractors.
• Preparing of hand overtake over document for complete the project.
• Handling all Customer Queries, Organize Costumer Visit at Site.
• Leading the team of technical staff & providing technical support for maintenance to ensure smooth operation especially during the production ramp up period.
• Inspections of the Wind Turbine components from Incoming material inspection to final testing & Commissioning.
• Monitor & inspect on-going inspection and testing activities. Understanding engineering procedure for all discipline across the project and reflect in Quality controls deliverables.

• Monitoring and checking all the working activities during execution of Wind Turbine Generator Assembly Installation Completion Period like Tower Erection, Nacelle erection, Blades Assembly and Single blade Erection.
• Monitoring all the work for execution & Inspection related to WTG for Mechanical activities during project execution and follow up during project completion period.
• Logistics Rout survey for Location and coordinate with civil team to implement.
• Responsible for Crane Platform & Boom Assembly area Finalization.
• Responsible for Erection of WTG (Wind Turbine Generator).
• Joint Rout Survey with Civil Team for External Rout and Internal Rout Pathway
• Execute the installations activity as per Planning
• Ensure for completion of Installation checklist.
• Handling Heavy Equipment like Main Crane (750 Ton & 800 Ton,), 200Ton, 180Ton & 110Ton Cranes.
• Monitoring site Execution activity, Movement of crane & WTG materials.
• Ensure that Safety, health, and environmental guidelines are strictly followed during the project Execution, Erection & Pending work.
• Ensure zero percentage of tools damages/missing during Erection or Pending.
• WTG Erection process audit. WTG MCC audit and safe run audit.
• Ensure project contractor pre-requisite before start of work. Inspect execution quality and HSE for better work execution. Coordinating to customer representative for execute the planning.
• Tools inspection and maintaining track record for calibrated tools.
• Incoming components inspection and maintaining checklist records for Nacelle, Hub, Blade, Tower sections, Ground panel.
• Maintain Installation, Inspection and Punch Point Tracker.
• Maintain DOR & DPR tracker.
• Ensuring quality while commissioning and certifying after inspecting and commissioning the machine. Generating incident reports for the Installation incidents.
• Analysis and identifying permanent solution for repeated failure and implement the same.
• Final inspection of completed turbine and providing clearance for commissioning based on set criteria. Organize weekly meeting to discuss the deviation in process and educate them how to avoid in future. Ensure implementation of HOTO.
• Ensure Zero punch point WTG HOTO to OMS team.
