• Co-coordinating with Engineering Dept. for any deviations from the drawings as per suit at site conditions.
• Project Plan & control (Cash Flow Revenue)
• Accountable for preparing client, contractor RA Bills and Daily/Monthly wise DPR generation.
• Contract Closure of the Work Orders of contractors/ vendors.
• Inter departmental Co-ordination with civil, electrical, and mechanical.
• Responsible for inspection / witnessing of tests as per FQP carried out at site.
• Co-ordination with Customers and Contractors.
• Proficient in managing priorities, developing a work schedule, monitoring progress towards goals, and tracking details/data/information/activities.
