Project : Construction of India's First High Speed Rail.

Working in Planning Department and Handling Overall Materials Purchase Planning and Procurement Process. Some KPI are as follows :

• Identify Materials requirements and specifications as per project needs.
• Create Purchase Request in EIP with relevant details including quantity, specifications and delivery time and provide detailed specifications and relevant documents to ensure clarity of requirements.
• Generate Material Codes in EIP as per needs.
• Co-ordinate with Procurement Team for Sourcing, RFQ , Vendor Finalization and Issuing Purchase Orders.
• Maintaining detailed records of Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders and Deliveries and generate daily reports on procurement progress.
• Release Conkart PO and follow-up for deliveries.
• Process E-Way Bills for Materials shifting within the project.

Project : Construction of River Bridge, Flyovers and Roads.

Worked in Store Department and handle day-to-day stores activities as follows :

• Inspect incoming materials against Purchase Order for quantity, specification and conducting quality inspection to ensure materials meet the required standard.
• Recording receipt details including any discrepancies or damages.
• Generate MRN in EIP Software and process Vendor payments and periodically reconcile physical stock with inventory records for any discrepancies.
• Maintaining optimal inventory level and conduct the procurement process to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Maintaining accurate records of incoming materials and documentation for further audit.

Project : Construction of Six Lane Highway including Major and Minor Structures.

Worked in Store Department and Handle day-to-day store activities as follows :

• Handling Diesel Receipt and Issue to project equipments and sub-contractors.
• Generate MRN and Issue Slip in EIP and periodically reconcile stocks with inventory records for any discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate records of incoming and issued materials and managing documentations for audit.
• Maintaining all types of registers available in stores.
• Operate Weighbridge and Diesel Pump.
