  • Launched NEXT - NEXT is an ML powered personalized recommendation engine that proactively identifies the best ASINs that a Selling Partner should enroll in a particular amazon program which ultimately will drive incremental GMS. We have launched this tool in three countries which is forecasted to bring $160MM incremental GMS in FY24.
  • Built Page0 dashboard: Worked from scratch on building a centralized dashboard for 8 emerging marketplaces to track the supply chain performance using AWS tools. It consists of various metrics from inbound, inventory, reimbursements, selection and topline categories. It helped in measuring performance of supply chain and also helped in decision making during our monthly, quarterly and yearly planning.
  • Built LIS bridge: Local in-stock (or LIS) is the metric utilized to evaluate inventory placement performance of amazon. The bridge is built with the goal of finding primary root causes of locally out-of-stock selection.
  • Successfully executed database migration project, ensuring seamless transition and data integrity. Implemented ETL processes resulting in autonomous data provisioning, facilitating streamlined operations for our charter.
