  • Describe our production procedure & USP of our product
  • Share the various types of tiles laying concepts according to the tiles aesthetic
  • Try to understand exact need of the clients, according to that I suggest the tiles colour, texture & also suggest which segment of tiles should be used at exterior or interior & which should be used in high traffic area as per the technical specification
  • Apart from this, to generate the business I have to do some other exercises as well like -
  • Sometimes Architects, Engineers or Developers select the tiles shade from our competitor product portfolio
  • Then I have to take initiative to find out closest match shade from our product portfolio & try to make a product presentation, So that I can also specify our product for the same project
  • We also have a scope of cross selling of our product because we are dealing with Marble &
  • Mosaico
  • If in any cases I find out that client have a requirement of Marble or Mossico (Step
  • Tiles, Marble inlay, Carpet, Border etc.) then I showcase our different product line, talk about the
  • USP & share the different ideas
  • So that client gets the interest from our new product line
  • Because of these exercises clients have a clear picture about our product line which helps them to do the specification & approve the final product in their different projects
  • Then after generating the order from client, I coordinate with our respective sales team member
  • So that our sales team can execute the same
  • After receiving the purchase order from any project I have to co-ordinate with our production team to deliver the material on scheduled time frame
  • I also have to organize Architects, Interiors & Builders Meet to create brand awareness
