- Managing and acquiring coaches for the @Home program by Khelomore. Includes end-to-end management & operations from coaches' acquisition to coaches' deployment at various centers, negotiating favorable revenue shares to benefit both coaches and KheloMore.
- Onboarding and overseeing partner sports venues across Bangalore. Includes end-to-end management, backend training, on-ground branding, weekly report generation & driving more consumers towards partner venues by organizing events & tournaments.
- Leading efforts to collaborate with partner companies like Sprentzo, Stych India....etc to help drive more consumers towards partner venues and create a value proposition for partners through cross promotions.
- Weekly Updation of the financial performance of various centers & programs to understand the effect of new platform features/coaching programs/promotional coupons and overall trajectory of different verticals of KheloMore.
