Simulation & Robot Handling using Robot Studio software. Learned & delivered daily key operations, simulation & testing. Closely observed & gained experience in the ABB Shopfloor for the following Robotic projects.
1. Palletizing Operation through PowerPac – A sample simulation was created adhering to customers requirements and was reviewed by Department Lead.
2. Use of Flexpicker Robots tool to pick and place items from one conveyer.
3. Usage of robot tools to identify non damaged products from Conveyor and place them near the blade for precise cutting.
4. Sorting application using vision system through GOFA -collaborative robot
5. Mouse assembly using a YuMi - collaborative robot.
