• Log Analytics Workspace configuration and management
• Performing regular backups and recovery of Active Directory data
• Monitoring Unity connection, Expressway servers C and Expressway servers E, Tele presence devices, CMS server
• Switching VTP, VLAN inter VLAN routing troubleshooting
• Update Management configuration for Windows VM Patching using Automation Accounts
• Performing operations troubleshooting and support of network voice and data devices and circuits
