Scope: End-to-end Securities Operations across Custody and Broker Dealer businesses, covering trade and post-trade lifecycle (trade processing, allocations, pre-matching, settlements, fails management, asset servicing, taxation, and disclosures). Oversaw a span of 600+ professionals across India and Philippines, driving operational excellence and resilience.

Key Achievements:

• Global Team Restructuring & Utilities Creation: Reorganized fragmented global teams into specialized high-efficiency utilities (Announcement Capture, Settlements, Disclosures, Payments, Claims). Delivered $2.3M cost optimization through platform consolidation while enhancing global operational consistency and client service.
• Regulatory, Control & Risk Leadership: Designed and implemented proactive risk frameworks, reducing operational error rates by 20%. Represented Operations in steering committees with regional Product and Risk leadership, strengthening governance and regulatory alignment.
