Contract Health Check, The objective of this project is to manage operations of various contracts running in Accenture Growth Market Region (consist of ASIA and LATAM Region) and give insights to the leadership so that they can take meaningful decisions to generate/reduce extra margin of profit/loss from the contracts. This project was done in two parts. The first part is to automate generation of single excel report using data from 25 different sources and applying business logics using Python. The second is to develop a Power BI dashboard on top of this report. Executive Dashboard, The objective of this project is to give insights to the higher leadership and HRs about the performance of MDs based on the various KPIs. This dashboard not only help to identify the high-performance MDs but also to have deeper understanding of the areas in which MDs failed to achieve. Tableau to Power BI Transition, This project was for the largest retail industry client who wanted to transition their existing dashboard from Tableau to Power BI. This required extensive understanding of both data visualization tools and implement same in Power BI. This was end to end project from development to deployment, creating and managing workspace. Ruleset Automation Dashboard, This project was for Oil and Gas industry, the objective of the dashboard was to create a platform where user should be able to track changes made in SAP system. This was an end-to-end project starting from requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, deployment and maintenance. Employee Engagement Dashboard, 27 PowerPoint based monthly reports were transformed into single dashboard using Power BI which resulted in savings of more than $1M savings YTD. Learning Dashboards, Prepared various dashboards for learning and development department to help them analyze efficiency of specific training programs, also to understand employee’s skill preferences based on their choice of learning to cater customized training program for them.
